- Test breathing tips A, B, and C by breathing through them to find which one you are comfortable with
- Attach desired breathing tips, aligning arrow directions
- Use like a vape or cigarette to help curb cravings and get a "hit" feeling
- For lung training to improve lung strength and pulmonary function, breathe in and out through either side 5-10 minutes a day or as desired (if dizziness occurs, take breaks)
- To track progress, turn on the device once every 2 weeks or as desired, and inhale or exhale through appropriate side to measure airflow in ML. Click on button multiple times to click through last 5 measurements
